These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individual participants who register for and attend our instructor-led online training. These terms and conditions do not apply to our corporate / B2B offerings.
By registering for a training event, you agree to the following:
Your registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
Cancel 7 days or more before the training event for a full refund.
Cancel between 48 hours and 7 days before the training event for a 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future training event.
No refunds are given for cancellations within 48 hours of the training event.
If you attend the full training event and are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will offer a full refund or credit—your choice.
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted via email to [your email address].

Participants are expected to attend the entire session and actively participate.
No refunds or partial credits are given for late arrivals, early departures, or technical issues on the participant’s side.
All course materials, including slides, exercises, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Prelude Technologies.
These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share, distribute, or reproduce the materials without written permission.
Some sessions may be recorded for internal quality assurance or to share with registered participants.
If a session will be recorded, participants will be notified in advance.
Recordings are for participant access only and will not be shared publicly without the permission of the recorded participants.
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to required tools.
Prelude Technologies is not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant’s end.
We strive to create an inclusive, respectful learning environment. All participants are expected to:
Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners.
Avoid disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour.

Violations may result in removal from the session without a refund.
Training events are provided “as-is” for educational purposes.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. job placement, certifications) unless explicitly stated.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your participation or use of the skills taught.
Your personal data will be used only to deliver the training event and communicate with you.
We will never sell or share your personal information without your consent.

We reserve the right to reschedule training events, change instructors, or make other necessary adjustments.
In the event of a significant change, you will be notified promptly and given the option to cancel for a full refund or reschedule.
Many of our products come with bonuses. Different bonuses have different rules. If you bought a product that does not explicitly state that it comes with bonuses, then you will not be offered bonuses.
This bonus should be claimed no later than 2 weeks after the training has concluded. Unclaimed courses will be distributed to those in need.
The code review should focus on code that is related to what was covered in the training. The reviewer will spend no more than 45 minutes on the code review.
The code review should be claimed no later than one month after the training has concluded.
This should be claimed no no later than one month after the training has concluded.
It is best to provide code to review prior to this mentorship session because it will help inform the session.
