Even the most skilled professionals can struggle with teamwork. Poor feedback habits, unclear expectations, avoidance of conflict, and cultural misunderstandings silently erode performance in many modern teams.
Our Team Dynamics Training is designed for organisations who want to level up their internal collaboration. This isn't a motivational talk or a one-off crash-course - it's a structured, interactive program that helps teams build real, lasting skills for working better together.
We start off by understanding your needs and structures so we can make sure the training we do is as useful as possible. Then we select the training modules that are most appropriate for you, and customise them for your situation.
Our training is designed to promote the long term growth of anyone involved, and so we circle back and assess the effectiveness of the training 3 months after the training has concluded.
Different teams need different things so it doesn't make sense to jump right into the training. We don't even know what training your team needs! The first phase is all about understanding.
Phase 1 can be purchased as a stand-alone product. In this case we will aim to set you up with the knowledge you'll need to understand your team better and start making positive change yourself.
At the end of Phase 1, we will make some recommendations about how to move forward. Those recommendations may include learning resources, training and services we offer, and training and services offered by our partners.
We start off by talking to you about what you are seeing in your own team. Are you experiencing any challenges or frustrations? Are there good behaviors you want to encourage? What do you want for your team?
An assessment questionnaire will be designed based on our initial conversations. This will be sent to the whole team as a form. Confidentiality will be respected!
The assessment will be based on certain well known studies around effective team dynamics, and will be adjusted based on your needs.
The assessment data will get crunched and studied. We'll then have some more conversations:
This conversation will address any misinterpretations of the assessment data.
The report will be adjusted based on your feedback, and the feedback of senior team members.
After this, we will provide a final report and recommendations.

3 months after the training is complete, we will re-assess the team.

We will only be able to quote you for phase 1 up front. This will depend on your team size, and how many conversations will be needed.
The output of Phase 1 is designed to be useful on its own. Phase 1 is a standalone product.
Phase 2 can only be fully designed for after phase 1 is complete. Our recommendations can be adjusted base on on your budget.
